Herberekening van een verloren pakket

Beste,Ik bestelde een item in oktober als kerstcadeau voor mij vrouw.Dit waren drie geïllustreerde boeken uit de winkel MinaLima. Zij hebben er voor gekozen dit te versturen via UPS. Op 23 oktober krijg ik melding van UPS om de importkosten te betalen van 43,09 euro. Deze werden onmiddellijk betaald. In november had ik geen update meer gekregen van mijn boeken en heb ik de website van UPS geraadpleegd met mijn trackingnummer en zat mijn pakket nog in transit naar België.Ik heb hierbij een mail verstuurd naar UPS en hebben zij een onderzoek gestart en me gemeld dat ze het pakket niet meer vinden.Hier kreeg ik verder geen hulp om een tegemoetkoming te krijgen van de reeds gevorderde importkosten van mijn verdwenen pakket (zij verwezen me door naar te zender van de boeken om een oplossing te zoeken).MinaLima heeft de boeken opnieuw verzonden via Fedex (waar ik maar 12,20 euro diende te betalen voor de import) en werden de boeken na 1 week geleverd.Op 23 januari 2024 kreeg ik een brief van UPS toegestuurd dat ze een verkeerde berekening hebben gedaan van de importkosten van mijn pakket en dat ik nog 2 euro diende te betalen.Mailverkeer tussen de financiële dienst met de vraag hoe ze iets konden herberekenen wat ze nooit hadden gevonden werd beantwoord met wij maken enkel facturen. De juiste persoon kon ik niet aan de lijn krijgen om meer uitleg te krijgen over deze nog openstaande kosten.
