Proximus fails to install my internet connection since two months after moving! No shows after appointments were made and me staying home. Oral promises technicians will come by but they don’t show up. Still no solution. They rescheduled the appointment without consultation already three times. When trying to contact the service desk: no email so no paper trail for the customer. Service per phone: sorry we can’t help! Or: someone is coming tomorrow. No shows again and again. Staying home for nothing. No internet.But the invoices I received! I’m not paying these and urge a quick solution without further promises.
