Beste, Mijn droog´kast werkte niet en nog steeds niet naar behoren. Ik liet een technieker ernaar kijken op 28/09/23 en deze stak de schuld op mij. Dat ik het toestel niet goed onderhouden zou hebben en dit was niet correct. Ze willen mij een bedrag van 229 euro laten betalen terwijl er niks is vervangen en mijn toestel nog steeds niet naar behoren werkt. Ik had iemand aan de telefoon die mij gelijk had van Electrolux en vroeg om dit op mail te zetten. Zij hebben fout, sorry geschreven u toestel is in garantie tot 14 januari 2024. Ik blijf herhaald een rekening krijgen maar wil deze niet betalen omdat ik niet in fout ben en stuurde deze mail door. Zij vertellen dat dit niet genoeg bewijs is en leggen de fout bij mij. Ik zou graag hulp krijgen om dit probleem op te lossen. Alvast bedankt.
