Hi there,In the end of last year we have booked a full coverage service for our rentalcar ( and payed for it ). After having a minor incident during our rental period, we filed the full coverage claim.This was filed at the beginning of march and included all the necessary documents, including police statement.After months and months of trying to get in contact with the right department, i can only conclude that the full coverage is most likely a scam. No one is responding to the (valid) claim, and the department “support” does not seem to excist.I would like to get in touch with a representative of the support department and would like to hear what the issue is.We will be forced to take further legal action otherwise.Hope to hear from you soon,Kind regards,Wout
