Foutieve of geen facturen

Beste, ik probeer UPS nu al weken te contacteren omwille van het niet krijgen van facturen. Ik heb recent een aantal pakjes die van buiten de EU komen. Daar moet vaak douanekosten op betaald worden. Dat is prima, dat weten we. Alleen, dit zijn zakelijke bestellingen, dus ik moet de aangerekende BTW opnieuw kunnen recuperen. Daarvoor heb ik een correcte factuur nodig. Ik heb een account bij UPS, maar daar komen gewoon geen facturen binnen. Ik krijg enkel bij de pakjes Pro Forma facturen, maar daar staat zelfs mijn EORI/BTW nummer niet op vermeld. Het lijkt verder onmogelijk om met dit bedrijf in contact te komen. Als tweede wil ik ook nog even aanhalen dat hun koeriers pertinent weigeren om aan huis te komen. Mijn pakketten worden altijd rechtstreek naar een parcelcenter gebracht en er wordt aangegeven dat niemand thuis is, terwijl ik hier gewoon ben en de camera's ook geen koerier van UPS zien. Dit is vervelend en tijdrovend. Ook met deze klacht kun je nergens terecht.

Thank you for the invoice. I will also need one for 1Z2861FX0471649285 and 1Z6922TT6793892979 (both are paid)More important. How can we get these invoices in the future? It seems to me that it is not preferable to do this via a third party such as 'Test Aankoop'.I will be receiving more packages in the future and many of these sellers use UPS. With DHL, all packages at my address automatically receive the correct invoice. I suspect something similar is possible with UPS?Thank you.
