Fout gemaakt per ongeluk geannuleerd

Ik had geboekt en ik heb per ongeluk op annuleren gedrukt en kon niets meer toen ik direct gechat maar moest wachten tot ze alles inorde hadden nu hebben ze toch alles geannuleerd en ook noch is een boete van de rekening getrokken nu voorschot weg plus nog is een boete maar wou helemaal niet annuleren en dat allemaal op zondag heel raar
