Dear, Yesterday and today I used my new robot vacuum cleaner Deebot x2 omni for the first time. I'm a big fan of the mopping function and the suction on hard floors. I am also enthusiastic about the automatic cleaning of the mop and emptying of the dust. However, I also have a very serious complaint. I have two medium pile carpets made of wool and silk and the vacuum cleaner robot has damaged my carpet in several places. The robot often hangs around and vacuums in the same place and it maneuvers a lot on the carpet, causing holes in my carpet and even pulling loose the fabrics of my carpet. Photos see attachment. My carpets are only 2 years old, they were very expensive and they are very valuable in my interior. I hope you can provide a solution to how the deebot x2 is destroying my carpet and how to repair my carpet. Kind regards, Liesbeth Wouters
