Beste, ik voegde een extra bagage (20 kg) toe aan mijn reeds bestaande boeking. Betaling gebeurd met mijn VISA kaart.Bij het checken van mijn reservering zie ik dat er tweemaal 20 kg bagage is toegevoegd ter waarde van tweemaal 44,95 €. waarna ik mijn VISA reservatie check en daar twee apparte betalingen zie van 44,95€ maar heb echter maar één betaling gedaan via mijn VISA. Het lukte niet met de laptop waardoor we het met de Smartphone deden.Vinden bij Ryanair geen enkele mogelijkheid voor een klacht in te dienen, hebben telefonisch en via chat contact genomen waar ze ons naarvolgende link sturen (https://help.ryanair.com/hc/en-cy/requests/new)maar daar wordt je steeds in lussen rondgeleid en kan je niet indienen. dit is de chat die we hadden :We just called for a booking where we added extra luggage (1 x 20kg) Booking JLYW6G. The amount was deducted 2x from our account while we only paid 1x. We were told to submit a refund request. However, this is impossible through your website.
