Dear,when purchasing via Catawiki a Kitchen knife set from the US, I was charged € 76,- for the knife set + €59,80 for shipping + € 28,52 for taxes (21%) + € 9,84 buyer's protection. As customs was not properly informed about the fact that taxes were already paid by me to Catawiki, Belgian customs demanded me to pay an additional 33.45 euros for covering the import taxes (on top of the custom costs), which I already paid to Catawiki when purchasing the order (VAT of 28,52 euros).Since 22 dec 2023, I've contacted Catawiki several times via mail and also spoke to a person at customers service in order to explain this and to have this corrected. So far there has not been any reply (specific to my question), neither have I seen any attempt by Catawiki to correct this.So in total, I paid a total cost of €225,11 when the object I purchased only costed €76 : that is the trifold.Ik heb u alle informatie bezorgd aan Catawiki, maar ik krijg verder geen antwoord meer op mijn vragen. Gelieve het bedrag onmiddellijk terug te betalen of me op de hoogte te houden van het verder verloop van mijn klacht.Bedankt
