I did order 2X Xiaomi Band 8 watches but what was delivered was something else - a fake watch, lookalike but different in packaging, battery loading method, wristband style/type, blood pressure system, etc.so a copy for 5 euro but not a Xiaomi Band 8 watchi have been complaining at the vendor who does not react, at aliexpress who are all ok with the vendor and allow fake, misleading selling on their platform. Meanwhile, the seller continuers his practice, even if on the Aliexpress portal, his web-shop gets all over negative ratings because he is scamming all clients.I did sent in photo's of the product received, video's, invoice data, links to Xiaomi Band8 reviews so you can see that what was shipped to me is no Xiaomi Band 8 etc. Nothing seems to help.AliExpress proposed to sent back the goods in return for a refund - will cost est. 70 euro with bpost and tracking - so will cost more than the goods.But aliExpress nor the vendor on their platform should get away with these type of practices and consumer organization should hold both of them accountableAliExpress cant be reached by email, only by their portal EVA - another item consumer organizations should tackle - if you want to sell in a country, you better have an email address for complaints and an SLA on it that you respect.
