Beste, U stuurt mij een schrijven dat volledig onjuist is, ik neem slechts voor één maand een abonnement op " DATEMIJ". Waarvoor ik op tijd het abonnement stop heb gezet. Nadien schrijven jullie mijn ongevraagd in voor "FINDEPARTNER" . Zelfs waar ik nooit een account heb gehad. Ik heb jullie hiervoor een mail gestuurd en antwoord op gekregen zie bijlage. Bij deze wens ik geen betaling te doen omwille dat dit om pure oplichting gaat. Met vriendelijke groeten, Sam Pauwels

We hereby inform you that our client has unsettled claims pertaining to the paid subscription requested on the online dating platform www.datemij.com via the following e-mail address:djsambal02@gmail.com. Please note that for the purposes of profile activation on the provider’s website, a profile owner must follow the corresponding link sent via e-mail. In this way, the dating service provider can ensure that the user is indeed the person who registered, activated the profile and provided all the required account information. The user himself must enter his personal data including their payment method, first name, surname and address, as without these details the subscription order cannot be placed. To summarise, you voluntarily entered all the necessary personal information and explicitly agreed to the payment guidelines as well as the Terms and Conditions of the dating service provider. You were thus clearly aware that you were using a paid service and accordingly made your declaration with the legally binding will to enter into a payment obligation. We have requested the official documents in relation to the claim and will provide you with them upon receipt. We hope our explanation has achieved sufficient clarity on the matter. The asserted claim must thus be regarded as fully valid.
