On 13.3 I traveled to Milan.  Due to a mistake from the airline company my travel was not registered on the miles & more account.  I spent time asking for credit which didn't work.On a website in dutch, i filed a request in the language of the website (dutch)  After a few days I got the message that they couldn't deal with requests in dutch (apparently only they can sell  in dutch..).The contact number of the website remains unanswered.  Additionally I filed a request in english.  I see a response but it cannot be opened neither on website or app.I believe Miles & More is intentionally behaving this way.
