On March 13th, 2013 I received a credit note from UPS, on which they stated they owed me some money because apparently the amount I had paid for customs for a purchase I made overseas was higher than the actual costs. There was a telephone number on the letter, so I called and they told me to send an email to connectionsbe@ups.com with the details of the credit note and my bank account number. I have never received any response (nor the money), despite several reminders. Then I called the number again, the person told me they could not do anything and the only thing I could do was send another email. They told me to try again with another email address (codrefunds@ups.com), and so I did. Now it has been 4 months without a single reply, from either email address. No information whatsoever on when, and if, I will get my money back.
