The delivery was announced for Thursday 1st Dec. and I was staying the whole day at home to receive the mattress. No delivery. Afterwards suddenly a second delivery was announced on Friday 2nd Dec. - as well I stayed the whole day at home and of course as well no one showed up !!!!I sent on Friday 2nd Dec. early in the morning two emails to the address to service emma-matras.be, NO RESPONSE !!! I received on Friday in the evening a call from your company. I speak 6 languages, but no French. The person on the phone was rude and just said: THIS IS BELGIUM AND I MUST SPEAK FRENCH IN BELGIUM. This is not acceptable, clear discrimination !!!!!!! We moved to Belgium in November 2022 to work for a European institution and I am not used to people communicate with me in such a way. Do you think I have nothing else to do in Brussels to wait at home (instead going to work) that emma-matras.be might deliver somehow my mattress?With a huge delay the mattress was finally delivered. I left negative feedback at Trustpilot and complained at Emma Facebook about my awful experience. Afterwards I had contact with Sally from the Emma Service Facebook Team. She wrote sorry, only! I suggested to issue a voucher to me for all the trouble Emma caused using at emma-matras.be, Sally simply ignored my concern.This is unacceptable and I am still looking forward to receive a kind of compensation for such a disgusting behaving with clients.

Dear Emma Team, thank you for your reply. Yes, I need more assistance as you even did not write one word concerning to my complain. Besides blablabla. This is very poor, you simply do not care. I am not feelling as a value customer and I can not recommend to buy at Emma Matras Belgium.
