Dear Engie,On the 12th September you decided to bill me for €2224.72 even though it is listed in my account online as being paid. My account has had this listed as paid for some time, even though I only have screenshots dated the 08th September 2023.I also received notification from Engie by email this morning that you would be billing me again for the same amount of €2224.72. The date this would be debited was not specified.This overbilling has to be stopped as you are trying to charge me for invoices that are clearly displayed as ‘BETAALD’ (paid), and that ‘Alles is in orde’ (Everything is fine). This is indicated in the attachments.I would like to for the payment requests to stop as they are unnecessary and I am being charged by my bank for each payment that is rejected as I have not authorised it.
