I have tried to have the fiber installed by Proximus. I signed up for an offer to get a free laptop for a two year subscription. A booking for installation for fiber was made, but no technician came, instead Proximus made my old subscription more expensive because they cancelled it first and then re-activated. I have called to customer service and another installation date was given but no technician came. I have now spend two working days home waiting for a technician who is not coming. I recently got even a registered letter that I have to have fiber latest 1 April 2025. When I call your customer service I am always told that I will get contacted later about the offer I was given and a booking for a technician but Proximus never calls me back. I would need help what to do, will Proximus give me the offer and install fiber or do I need to change to another provider to have Internet and TV at home?

Hello, I was contacted by your customer service today. What an unpleasant experience, your colleague was basically screaming on me for making a complaint to Test-Aankoop. I was offered to get fiber for 130 euros and 100 euros installation fee. I told new customer pay on the homepage 62.99 euros and free installation. He said I am not a new customer (true I have been a customer since 2017) so he does not care, nice way of you to treat your loyal customers. I asked about the offer I signed up to get a free laptop with a fiber subscription and said the offer is not valid anymore. I have email confirmation on that. He said it is not possible anymore, then he hang up the phone, did not even offer to make a fiber installation. Later I got an email from proximus about their app "MyProximus" that was supposed to be mentioned in our talk. Your representative never spoke about any "MyProximus", is this a joke from your representative side? Issue is still I have to have fiber latest 1 April, can you Proximus provide it or not?

Hello, I reveiced yesterday an e-mail from you that I have moved adress. I have not. I got an SMS that my services will be stopping to work on 1 April 2024 with a phonenumber to call to have fiber installed. I called the number and the customer agent told me that they would call me back later. I have not received any call from Proximus after this.
