i had a Miele washing machine delivered on Friday 12th January, the men put in the drainage pipe and filled it with water, drained it and left.I put the machine on with some clothes, and the machine stopped halfway through - flashing lights, I called the delivery guys immediately as they had only just left, they told me to switch off the machine and switch it on again , but the door wouldn't open. they told me then to open the bottom filters and let out some water, then the door opened. The delivery guys said they would sort out a technician on the Saturday which didn't happen. I sent an email to the store and the cosumenten dienst, I also went to the store. The manager said he would organise a technical control for 18th January. I came home and the bathroom floor was flooded. I contacted the delivery person again (because you cannot contact the shop by phone), he would contact vanden borre. The installation of the drainage pipe was not secure. I got someone myself to come and secure the drainage pipe.Yesterday I tried to do a short power wash of 49 minutes. I went to the bathroom later on (after 3 hours watching TV) and the machine was still power washing... (power washing is the drum moving much quicker than a normal wash) and still 118 minutes on the control panel (the program said 49minutes in the beginning) ... there is an obvious defect with the machine. I called vanden borre central office this morning as it is impossible to speak to the shop directly and they told me that only an installation person was booked to come to my home today and not a technician. A technician has now been planned for 22nd January. I am completely fed up with this machine. I expected good customer service, a functioning Miele washing machine which cost 999€ . I cannot believe that consumer rights do not allow a defective product to go straight back to the shop!!! I expect either to get my money back or another new machine that works correctly. I bought 3 white good appliances on this occasion - A washer, Dryer and Fridge.my emails to the store were not answered. my numerous calls to the call center were passed from one person to the other. Where is the 'Akte van Vertrouwen' ???
