So, the 2nd january i bought 2 doors from Brico plan it Liege. A couple of days later i bought 2 others from another Brico with my wife ( she did not like those i choose). The !th January, 6 days after my purchase, I therefore went back to Brico olan it Liege to give back the 2 doors. I had not opened the packing and returned the 2 doors just in the same way i had bought them. The doors remained in a secure place at home. The responsible person at the store told me that one of the doors had a moisture at one corner of the door and that he could not accept it that way. I said i am not aware of the moisture, it can be something that already existed but no vain. He did not accept it. With all my disappointment i left the door at the store and went out. I did not have the energy to make a fight there and choose rather to deal it with the customare care of Brico. I hope they will reach me and show everyone they care and value their customers.
