Beste,Ik heb een klacht I.V.M. zending nr :**********************Dit pakje is bij jullie toegekomen in Belgie op 8/6/2022.Na enkele dagen niks gekregen te hebben heb ik contact met de klantendienst opgenomen.Daar ik amper Engels ken heb ik gekozen voor nederlands voor de communicatie. Deze nederlandse vrouw was enorm ombeschoft en vertelde mij dat het pakje geblokkeerd was door het ontbreken van een document. Deze werd mij via mail bezorgd (Customs import/export Power of Attorney) document. Dit is in het Engels en ik begrijp niet wat ze met dit document bedoelen ? Ik ben bij verschillende personen geweest met de vraag wat dit betekende, maar niemand kan er aan uit aan dit document. Hierin spreken ze van een EIN/SS nummer en een officier en full force etc.. ??? > misschien iets uit het leger ? Ik heb vorige week terug gebeld om meer uitleg te vragen aan de klantendienst van jullie, maar ik kreeg terug een zeer onbeschofte vrouw aan de lijn die steeds herhaalde we hebben dit document nodig ! punt .
