Please note that for the purposes of profile activation on the provider’s website, a profile owner must follow the corresponding link sent via e-mail. In this way, the dating service provider can ensure that the user is indeed the person who registered, activated the profile and provided all the required account information. The user himself must enter his personal data including their payment method, first name, surname and address, as without these details the subscription order cannot be placed.
To summarise, your client voluntarily entered all the necessary personal information and explicitly agreed to the payment guidelines as well as the Terms and Conditions of the dating service provider. He was thus clearly aware that he was using a paid service and accordingly made his declaration with the legally binding will to enter into a payment obligation.
