on 20/12 I tried to book a ticket for a friend for a trip from Antwerp to Lisbon. I got an error on my KBC app and so I gave him cash money to buy the ticket. I was shocked to see the next day that the amount of the ticket got off of my account. I never recieved a confirmation, nor a ticket and on top, he couldn’t get a pcr test on time and didn’t take the bus on 23/12. I send already 4 mails, the first on 21/12/21. Only received a reply with my case number 22710433 saying it.s under investigation and will get an answer asap. In my mails there is proof from the bank that the money went from my account to Flixbus.Regards
