Betaalde reservering niet bevestigd

Hotel gereserveerd/betaald op 6 Dec echter werd niet bevestigd. Bewijs van betaling en details boeking doorgestuurd. Al 3 keer gebeld en "zijn ermee bezig". Op vandaag geen formele reactie gekregen. Heb nu telefonisch en via email refund geëist omdat ik niet meer kan/wil wachten om ander hotel te boeken.
