Beste , mbt tot mijn reservering18861793 bij Goldcar en het opkomen van COVID 19 heb ik deze geannuleerd via mail op 07/05/2020 ( due date tot 25/06/2020 mogelijk tot annulatie zonder kosten ) Deze annulering werd niet geaccepteerd met als gevolg betaling uitgevoerd zonder gebruik !!!. Na nog een herhalings mail en diverse pogingen om telefonisch contact te krijgen kreeg ik vandaag vanuit Customer service eindelijk antwoord van Golcar een mail met de melding :Van: cs [cs@goldcar.com]Aan: opcon [opcon@telenet.be]Verzonden: Donderdag 23 juli 2020 08:36:01Onderwerp: GFA:2528122//RA:18861793 CM Dear Customer,Thank you very much for your email regarding your recent experience with Goldcar. I have been analyzing your case and the fee that you had was cancelable and refundable, before 24 hours prior to the pick up, in your case unfortunately the reservation was not canceled on time, you had to do it from your client area. There for I also need to cancell my rental car at Goldcar .Looking at my voucher it is possible up to 26/06 15:00 hrs without any cost and a refund of my money . I did try to do this by yourwebsite and that gives me the change to do this but the refund will be in a voucher . I looked in all your terms & conditions and they don'tmention a refund in the form of a voucher . There fore I liked to get the refund back on my account .
