Geachte mevrouw/heer, Op 12 juli heb ik bij u een reis/verblijf geboekt en geen boekingsnummer ontvangen. Op 14 juli liet u mij weten dat u: - mijn boeking annuleert. Op 14 juli vroeg ik om de terugbetaling van 448 euro. Dit weigert u nog steeds op de dag van vandaag. Ik vraag u daarom nogmaals om het bedrag van 448 euro op mijn bankrekening te willen betalen. Dit schrijven geldt als ingebrekestelling. Bij gebrek hieraan, zal ik alle mogelijke stappen ondernemen om mijn rechten te vrijwaren. Met vriendelijke groet, Bijlagen: • Kopie betalingsbewijs • Kopie mail dat u bedrag terug gaat storten

Op onderstaande mail heb ik alles beantwoord op 10 september. Ik heb 450 euro overgescheven op 14 juli en zij hebben het hotel geannuleerd. Nog steeds mijn bedrag NIET terug Onderwerp: Re: Charge without booking. Dear, Please send the bank details as per the order below. -Bank account holder name -Address -Bank's name -IBAN -SWIFT/BIC code. We will then get this processed with our finance team. Once the transfer has been finalized we will notify you by email to confirm it. We are available if you have any questions or concerns.
