A problem with balance manipulation

Hello,I and my wife are clients of buyway more than 2 years. We have been paying the monthly bills but to our supprise the amount is not reducing but increasing. We have made complaints after complaints about it but it seems either buyway is being fraudulent or someone in there office is taking advantage of the fact that they can easily take us to the national bank as defaulters and indeed they have done so. Although we keep on paying, we still see unexplained increase on the balance. Buyway hides from clients, you cannot meet them face to face.What we need is an audited report taking into accout the amount we borrowed against the amount we have so far paid.Buyway refuses to do this and to explain the inceament.

I am a signitory being her husband. And initiated this because you have not been transparent to her and the action you wrongly took against her affects me as the Head of my family. If you think am acting alone, give her a call.Are the details of my complaint new to you? Are they different from what she has communicated to you?

If you are required by law then contact her and explain to her why you keep on manipulating the balances and why you refuse to explain with evidence the origins of your figures. Why have you refused to meet us in person?The next step will be to sue you
