Hello, Since April 2025, we have received many bills in the mail related to 1002791029. We have spent hours on the phone, up to 15 emails with customer service, and this is still unresolved. On November 11, 2025 we received a notice that the bill was going to be cancelled and we will pay 129 EUR. We never received this cancellation, and in fact we paid 228 EUR for the bill to be over. In january 2026, we again receive the same bill. We demand the case to be closed and a refund of 129 euros. This has been over one year to deal with and horrible experience! Our dignity as customers is gone and we feel our rights have been deeply violated! Thank you - Doreen El-Roeiy
