DearI placed an order in the webshop on August 3 where I bought two items (bikini top + bikini bottom) including a discount of 30%.These two items were delivered about a week later (August 10).I tried on the items and they were too small, so I sent an email to the customer service the same day (August 10) asking to exchange the items for a larger size.A reply was emailed on August 15 stating that an exchange or return cannot be accepted as per the return and exchange policy, as the items were being sold at a temporary 30% discount. This while the articles are still for sale on the website, but now without a discount.On August 16, I replied by email that according to European regulations and consumer law, companies are obliged to allow a return or exchange within a period of 14 days for distance sales.On August 18, customer service responded that an exchange will be allowed exceptionally, in return for a voucher equal to the purchase amount to be spent at their webshop.Since the garments are currently priced at a higher price on the web shop, I do not agree with a voucher as I then have to pay more for the same items in a larger size. Consequently, I wish to have the full amount refunded, in line with consumer law whereby I as a consumer can withdraw from the sale.Please refund the amount via the same payment method as I paid for the items initially. Thank you in advance.
