We are therefore trying to assist her by asking her more information about the return.In order to be able to refund the return, the client must send us the tracking number of the parcel and proof that the parcel was received in our warehouse.As mentionned before to the client, the parcel has not physically arrived to our warehouse. The client refuses to send us the tracking number in order to be able to help and trace the parcel.We are very transparent with all of our customers and our General Conditions online. The refund will be made when the parcel arrives.
