Dear,I subscribd to a TRIAL period of timeBro (www.timebro.com) ,to evaluate the product.During that proces, I had to give my credit card number. THis is not unusual for trial services.I NEVER received an invoice, what is normal for a trial service.When checking my credit card, I saw a debit has been made of 49.98 Eur.Informing about the situation, initially during the trial period, I was told I paid, and hence the trial period was no longer valid. I never saw anything in that sense during the registration.I have proven, through an emial sent to me, that one has to register...Bottom line: within the trial period I wanted to unregister, but they say that since I paid, it was not possible to unregister any more.I do not agree with that statement, as I was not informed about that ahead of te subscription, and want a refund.

Hi Daniel, happy to help you again. The claim that you need to give your credit card information to evaluate the product is false. All of our users can trial our application by creating a free trial account on our webpage: timebro.com. The trial is completely free and does not require or request any payment or credit card information. During the trial we never ask for a payment to use or continue the trial. The user can just freely use our services and app without paying for them for two weeks. Then the trial automatically ends, and the user is informed about it. We never take any payment unless the user actively buys our product. To buy a subscribtion you need to actively purchase our product by clicking on "buy now" multiple times and going through our purchasing process which states multiple times that you are buying a subscribtion. It was your choice to actively make a purchase. This is never needed for our trial. The claim that you never recieved an invoice is also false. You also received an invoice for your purchase in vial email on 18 Jul 2023 when you made the purchase. We have sent multiple emails to you explaining in detail with additional videos how our trial works, showcasing that it does not need a payment to be used.
