Rivercon

I've contacted this company countless of timesUp until today (May 30th 2023) there is still no solution on this matter.I STILL have not received the Rivercon 2 DVD that was send out back in January 2023.I have contacted the company about this matter 5 months ago. I even send them my address once again 4 months ago. Earlier this month I tried contacting them for an update on this, but no reply.I AM DONE with this. I still have the proof of phurhase I got at the event back in 2019. I payed close to 30 euros for a dvd I have never received.I had a lot of fun at the event back in 2019 and spend A LOT of money on it. But this issue is preventing me to choose for their organisation ever again.This matter became way more than a dvd for me the moment we had to wait for 4 years for it.
