Dear Maison Figueras, I hereby contact you again in the hope of an update. When you informed me that I could get a refund for the customs payment, it was already too late as the payment period had expired. The parcel was returned to the sender. I initially contacted you on July 9th, the day I received the request to pay customs fees. However, I only received a helpful response from you on July 31st, well past the payment deadline (see e-mail attached). Additionally, your website falsely stated that there would be no surprise or hidden costs related to taxes, which was not the case (see screenshots attached). Given these circumstances, I believe it is only fair that I receive a full refund of €80,99 for a product that never arrived. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, Laura Bortels
