Dear Madam/Sir, On 29-06-2025, I purchased a The Libertine jacket from your online shop, paying the amount of 335 € Upon delivery of the product, which took place on 1-07-2025 I decided to exercise my right of withdrawal after examining its characteristics. I sent you a notification to that effect on 1-07-2025 On 1-06-2025, you replied that you accepted the request for a refund and gave me instructions for returning the goods. I followed your instructions and on 9-07-2025 I received confirmation that the product had arrived at your premises. However, to date, after 90 days, I have not yet received a refund of the price paid of 335€. I invite you to pay me this amount as soon as possible.
