Quality issues products Citizen Watch Bulova

In October 2020 I bought the Bulova Classic Aerojet 96B243. Now, less than 4 years after this purchase, the clock's number indicators of the clock-face are coming of, making the watch difficult usable. Although this is a clear quality issue which should not be there, the company Citizen Watch refuses recognise it (with the fake argument of maltreatment of the watch) and tries to charge €80 for the repair of their proper created quality issue. 1) The cost for repair is higher than the cost of a new watch. 2) Indicators coming of a watch is a sign of bad quality, rejected with a fake argument. These is fraudulent behavior.
