Geachte,Na analyse van uw dossier kan ik u het volgende meedelen:In geval van opzegging van het contract bepaalt de wet dat als er twee kredietnemers zijn, beide verplicht zijn om de volledige schuld te betalen.Dit wordt het mechanisme van solidariteit tussen debiteuren tegenover hun schuldeiser genoemd.We hebben dus het recht om het volledige bedrag op te eisen van zowel mevrouw RUYTERS als de heer CARNEIRO SOUSA. Als de ene uiteindelijk meer betaalt dan zijn helft van de schuld, heeft hij het recht om zich tegen de andere te keren en terugbetaling van het te veel betaalde deel te eisen.In dit dossier proberen we ook betalingen te verkrijgen van mevrouw RUYTERS.
