Problemen met terugbetaling

Ik bestelde een jas op de website van Wren+Glory, deze bleek er in het echt anders te zijn dan op foto dus ik zond deze terug. Men bevestigde de ontvangst en liet me via mail weten dat het bedrag €515 van werd teruggestort. Tot op heden heb ik dit bedrag nog niet mogen ontvangen. Ik heb al herhaaldelijk mails gestuurd om me een bewijs van terugbetaling te sturen maar ik krijg telkens de zin 'have you tried to contact global e' toegestuurd. Als ik dan vraag wie of wat Global E is en waar ik ze kan bereiken krijg ik weer geen antwoord.
