HelloI ordered a product from you at the beginning of May. After a month I had not received anything.I sent you 5/6 by mail about this and the answer was that the order will be sent out on Monday. On 5/7 I sent another email as I still hadn't received anything, saying that if the product doesn't arrive soon I want a refund. This email was not answered. 17/7 I sent another email that it's been more than 3 months, that I was really excited for the product which is upsetting and now I want a refund otherwise I will take further action. You sent you wanted 5 business days to issue the refund. 28/7 I sent you again that it is more than 5 business days and if the money is not on my account within 2 days, that I will take further action. There was also no reply. Finally I sent 30/7 that I still have not received my money and that I will take further action. I have been very patient and normally wouldn't do this but this is unacceptable.Please refund the amount immediately or keep me informed of the further progress of my complaint.Thank you
