Problemen met betaling compensatie van instapweigering

Beste, op 8 augustus 2022 ben ik geweigerd op de vlucht van Malta naar Brussel wegens een overboeking. Daarbij heb ik paar uur later een vlucht via Rome naar Brussel aangeboden gekregen en daarvan gebruik gemaakt. Ik moest een form invullen met alle nodige gegeven voor de compensatie van €400. Ik ben pas tegen middernacht aangekomen in Brussel. Mijn valise is toen ook niet aangekomen.. alsof ik nog niet genoeg stress had daar de vlucht van Malta naar Rome vertraging had. Aangezien ik niemand had om mij te komen halen, heb ik nog eens een taxi moeten betalen van €120. Door de stress en de emoties heb ik de volgende dag niet kunnen werken. Die volgende dag heb ik dan wel alle nodige documenten opgestuurd naar het opgegeven emailadres voor de compensatie. Sindsdien krijg ik alleen maar beloftes teruggestuurd dat ze dat zo snel mogelijk gaan afhandelen. Heb al een klacht neergeschreven op hun facebookpagina. Daarop sturen ze direct terug dat ze mij gaan helpen maar nogmaals een teleurstelling voor mij. Heb nog nooit te maken gehad met zo een oneerlijk bedrijf. je verwacht om uitgerust thuis te komen van een welverdiende vakantie maar in de plaats daarvan krijg je buikpijn van de stress. Een echte nachtmerrie was het voor mij. Ik vraag hierbij om de compensatie zo snel mogelijk te betalen. Bedankt
