On 30/November/2022 I called DKV to request a contract for DKV Medi Pack and Smile Premium for both me and my wife, and I filled the required contract paper. I was informed that the plan would cost me a total of 37,40 euros per month per person (thus 74,80 euros per month, or 224.40 euros per quarter).So I paid my first bill of 224.40 on 08/03/2023, thinking it was for both me and my wife.When I needed to use the medi-card for the hospitalization of my wife, on 27 and 28 of June/2023, I was told by the hospital that her medicard is not valid anymore.When I called DKV (after a very very long wait for them to answer the phone), they told me that my wife is not insured. And they would check on the same day with another person. They never contacted me back.They also DO NOT provide any contact email, (besides their form in the website, which takes 3 months for them to answer). I tried sending them emails, but their emails are all no-reply type and get blocked.They also DO NOT provide any way of cancelling the contract with them.What they are doing is very misleading, predatory and bordering illegal.They HAVE NO respect at all for the customer.
