I made a number of purchases on the Etsy.com website.They consolidate various products from different suppliers and then offer them on their website.There is one supplier they work with, HSS - HighStandardShop, and I ordered a Tshirt from Peaky Blinders (€ 20.65) on 23/04/2020.On 27/04/2020 I received an email that the package was sent, and that delivery would take 10 days.Then all the misery started:• I have sent several e-mails, in response to the e-mail I received (and to which you could reply - it was stated) to which I never received an answer• On 06/05/2020 I contacted HSS via a link in the order and then you can get in touch with them directly.Their answer: Because of the covid 19 this is how we work now. We use private courier company to transfer the packages to Germany. After that Germany post is transferring them to the US. Update will be available when the package reaches the first sorting center in Chicago. After that USPS will deliver the package to you.• I contacted HSS again on 11/05/2020.They replied that parcel was in transit and that it takes longer because of Covid, and ask for more patience.• On 25/05/2020 I contacted HSS again to request an update.No response received.• On 28/05/2020 I contacted HSS again to request an update.No response received.• On 09/06/2020 I contacted HSS again to request an update.No response received.• On 24/06/2020 I contacted HSS again to request an update.Answer: The package is in transit. The delay is because of the crisis.• On 08/18/2020 I contacted HSS again and asked to refund the amount, which was simply no longer acceptable.Answer: you can open a dispute case and the amount will be refunded.When I tried to do this, it was stated that you must do this within 100 days of an order, because otherwise it won't work anymore.It seemed like they have stalled and waited so long before giving me an answer that the 100 days had passed and then this was a good excuse. • On 19/08/2020 I contacted HSS again and explained all this in the ticket, and asked them again what to do.Answer: click on the help button and request support from the department• On 20/08/2020 I contacted HSS again and they say that they cannot make a refund because their account has been suspended. Reason: because they sold too many mouth masks.What the hell is this?!?!?• On 20/08/2020 I contact HSS again to say that it is impossible to contact support because you will be in a loop: when you click on support / helpdesk it says that you have to log a case, but I can no case logging as it is 100 days after the order. You cannot contact them by email or telephone, there is no information to be found. When you click on the HSS website as a seller, the page does not exist. So I think this is a fraudulent website.I have sent all this to HSS but have not received a response anymore.Thank you for your help
