Op zondag 30 maart heb ik met mijn creditcard een transactie van €2,35 gedaan. Ik zou van Rituals een cadeauset met producten ontvangen vanwege mijn verjaardag. Het was echter een valse mail van Rituals en ik heb die cadeauset uiteraard nooit ontvangen. Bovendien werd er drie dagen later (op 2 april dus) via mijn creditcard een bedrag van €69,99 van mijn rekening gehaald. Die betaling heb ik echter zelf nooit gedaan en ik beschouw dit uiteraard als fraude. Ik heb op 2 april dan ook onmiddellijk CardStop ingeschakeld. Na verder onderzoek blijkt het te gaan over een soort loyauteitsfirma met de naam Savorvirpay. Ik zou door die €2,35 te betalen zogezegd hebben ingeschreven voor een abonnement. Ik heb via de mail met de cadeau-aanbieding de contactgegevens gevonden en een mail gestuurd naar die firma. Bijgaand via de teksten en hun antwoord.

The e-mailadress was vereecke.christian@telenet.be The telephone number was +32 477 33 86 39 but it could also be my landline number + 32 56 21 79 66 The date of the first transaction of 2.35 euros was 30 March 2025 and the date of the second transaction of 69.99 euros was 2 April 2025. The first six digits of my credit card were 5440 38 and the last four digits 4021.

The address you give in your message is totally wrong. I do not live in St Catherine's Church , Sint-Katelijneplein in 1000 Brussels. Where are you getting this from? My correct address is Leonard Vandorpestraat 12, 8500 Kortrijk (Belgium). May I assume that both the €2.35 and the €69.99 will be fully refunded? After all, I never received that gift set either.
