We would like to take this opportunity to clarify that, as an exclusively online service, we do not require the signing of a physical contract. Instead, each customer must actively confirm their acceptance of our terms and conditions by checking a dedicated box before proceeding with payment and creating their account. This step serves as a clear authorization for the associated charges.
It is also important to note that the client in question kept their account active for over nine months without ever reaching out to our support team or expressing any concerns. It is only recently, several months after the initial registration, that the client has requested a full refund for all monthly payments.
Had the client contacted us earlier, within the first month or two of their subscription, we would have gladly taken the time to explain the details of our service and offered them the choice to either continue or cancel their subscription, potentially refunding the initial months charged.
However, given the current context, requesting a full refund appears challenging, as all terms and conditions are clearly outlined during the registration process and remain accessible on our website at all times.
That said, as a gesture of goodwill and to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, our claims department has reviewed this particular case and has proceeded with a refund for the last one mount
of subscription fees.
