Money Not refunded after cancellation even after having cancellation insurance

I booked a parking (€70.87) including additional premium for full cancellation on Allopark website but when I exercised this option (cancellation), they were never made a refund due to busy period. Booking made on 26th June 2022, cancelled on 8th July 2022 and still (August 2023) not refunded. I even raised a complaint at EU ODR platform. Allopark does not reply to mail or telephone. Their call center executive only spoke French and don't try to help you. They even reply to your bad review and lie that they have processed the refund but fail to give any transaction information

That is not true. No refund has been made to me, show me some proof, give me details of the transaction on my mail.
