Hello,I am going to answer in English, seeing that our client has made the accusation in English.The goods have been sent (see picture below, coming from our shipment company - his name and address are left out because of privacy reasons - but is available) and client claims not to have received them. The goods arrived in Slovakia.The client ordered without tracking and not insured and when checking out he agreed to terms and conditions that (see article 13 of our general conditions)5. RockDreams is not responsible if the package does not arrive or arrives later.And furthermore8. For a secure arrival of delivery, there is the additional option Fully tracked goods with an additional price, which is calculated automatically and depends on the order and the shipping zone.If the client should have fully tracked and insured the package, we could have fully paid back everything via insurance of our shipment company.But client chose to not insure the package.However, the manager of the band the goods are, has suggested several times to come half way and offered the client the articles he bought at 50% discount.The client refused.We are still willing to come halfway.Client furthermore made personal unfounded accusations to me.I'm always available for further comments and case is being handled by the European Commission.With kind regards,Hilde PersynRockDreams Agency Virusvrij.www.avast.com
