We hebben de klant aangegeven dat als een product defect is, dat we hier graag een foto van willen ontvangen en niet alleen van een kapotte verpakking. Dit geeft namelijk niet weer dat er iets daadwerkelijk defect is.
Gezien ze blijft aangegeven iets terug te willen sturen hebben we aangegeven dat als ze iets wilt terugsturen dit op eigen kosten is, zoals ook duidelijk staat aangegeven in ons retourbeleid! Wij geven dus geen retourlabels.
Nogmaals, als het product defect is, dan gaan wij hier anders mee om, echter moeten we hier wel eerst een duidelijke foto van ontvangen!
