Dear Mr/Ms,I had an energy contract with Bolt starting on 1 May 2021 until 1 May 2022 on the address Stationsstraat 305, Sint Katelijne Waver. I have closed the contract on this address on 1 May 2022 and paid all the bills including the annual recalculation amount. In September i began to receive again bills on that address even though i had closed the contract. I called the company multiple times and they always promised they will fix the issue-in their system i was still active as client even if i closed my contract and in the same time at that address other people were living there paying also their own energy bills. Basically i was expensed for a service that they didnt provide to me anymore since i moved from there. More than this, on 22 December they even retired from my bank account several amounts of 418,78 euro. I called them again several times again because i was left without money on my account and they always told me that they will solve the issue but they didn't do it. After this unresolved discussion i closed the Bolt domiciliering from my bank account and KBC bank returned my money that Bolt retired automatically from me. On 3 Feb 2023 i received a letter from company De Wilde and Baele Gerechtvorwarders that i have to pay the amount of 1852,08 euros and today they called me insisting that i have to pay this amount on their account. I have explained that i am actually the victim here since they keep on coming back with debts that i didnt have. In the attachment will find several proffs-(evergie overname document, the payments and mail exchanges with Bolt. Please help me in solutionate this problem, i don't know what to do anymore ,with whom to talk to have them realize they are in fault but not me. I am extremely disappointed by their service.I want them to correct in their system the details, remove me as their client and of course i want them to stop requesting me pay bills since i am not a client anymore. Dag Vlad,I checked everything and your gascontract was in the end not closed due to a cancellation proces within the program of the netsupplier. (They cancelled our request to close your gascontract, we didn't get notified of that, and thats why you kept on receiving installments for gas).My colleague tried closing your contract on the Stationsstraat 305, and in the end succeeded just a short while ago.
