I am writing to express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the unjust cancellation of my car rental, booked through Carjet and provided by Flex to Go. My order number is CJT-137309872.
On 13/07/2024, I booked and prepaid for a rental car. However, upon arrival at the rental location on 24/07/2024, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled. This is unacceptable, especially since the information on my voucher was incomplete and misleading. According to the voucher, a supplement would be charged for late arrivals, but it did not state that the car would be canceled.
This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and additional expenses, as I was unable to find an alternative rental car at a comparable price. Therefore, I kindly but urgently request a full refund of the amount paid for my reservation.
I expect you to take my complaint seriously and provide a satisfactory response within 14 days, including the full refund of the amount paid. Should I not receive a satisfactory response within this timeframe, I will be compelled to take further action.
I hope this issue will be resolved promptly and to my satisfaction.
