Betwisting Factuur/Abonnement minderjarige

Geachte mevrouw/heer, Op 22 april 2025 ontving mijn 11 jarige zoon van u een brief met het verzoek tot betaling van het bedrag van 74,50 euro [Referentienummer=PYCW1737139192]. Deze vordering betwist ik in zijn geheel. De vermeende vordering van Cvneed is ongegrond omdat hiervoor geen eerdere facturen werden ontvangen en mijn zoon niet in kennis is gesteld werd dat er een abonnement was afgesloten door hem. Als minderjarige heeft u ook geen rechtsgrond om met hem een contract aan te gaan. Wij zullen deze betaling niet uitvoeren. Gelieve het abonnement en alle data die over hem heeft te schrappen uit uw database.
