Zoals reeds meerdere keren telefonisch uitgelegd, hebben de gasten zelf de reservering gemaakt.
Bij het maken van de reservering zijn zij akkoord gegaan met de bijbehorende voorwaarden.
Zij hebben gekozen voor een niet-terugbetaalbare boeking.
In de bijlage, die ook al eerder naar de gast werd verstuurd, vindt u de bevestiging van de reservering terug.
Het feit dat de voorwaarden in het Italiaans op de bevestiging staan, is inderdaad aan onze kant te corrigeren. Echter, vanaf het moment dat de gast een kamer reserveert en vervolgens de bevestiging ontvangt, betekent dit dat hij of zij akkoord is gegaan met de voorwaarden.
Wij zullen de kosten van deze boeking dan ook niet terugbetalen.
