On May 4, 2025, I booked flight ZB7002 from Brussels to Tirana with your airline, departing September 20, 2025.
On September 4, 2025, you informed me of the cancellation of this flight, and I was not offered any alternative for rerouting.
In accordance with European law, when a flight departs from an airport in an EU Member State or from an airport in a third country to an airport in an EU Member State, I request a refund. To date, I have not received a refund of the amount paid, nor have I received any information about when and how I can obtain the amount owed to me.
I hereby request a full refund of the ticket price of €229.40. Please pay this amount within 7 days by bank transfer to the bank account used for the booking.
If I do not receive a response within 15 days of receiving this letter, I reserve the right to take legal action to protect my rights.
