Dear Madam/Sir,
On October 24, 2022 I bought a Zendure super base pro 2000 via Geekbuying and paid €1699 for it.
On May 2, 2024, I reported a problem with the device, which meant that it no longer met the purpose for which it was purchased.
More specifically, the zendure super pro base 2000 would no longer charge, neither with AC nor DC cables.
On May 2, 2024, I sent you an email requesting that the product be repaired under warranty and I was finally able to return the product on June 21, 2024. This after a very slow treatment at customer service where I kept getting the same questions asked by other people over and over again, and at my own expense!
I had long lost my confidence in your service so I asked if a refund was possible. This was not accepted. Only at the end of September 2024, after asking for a long time where the repaired product staied, a 'new' Zendure super pro base was sent to me without any announcement or email message (With serial number: SNHAKFMKGY00216). The product worked during an initial small test, but now that I need it for the first time, it appears that you have sent a not functioning product. I have the same problem again. The power bank no longer charges or does not start. In December 2024, I was told by customer service that after all those delays on your part, the device is no longer within the warranty period.
In light of the above and taking into account that according to the 2 year legal warranty repairs must be carried out within a reasonable time based on the nature of the goods and their use, I request a replacement of the product without charge for me or, alternatively, termination of the contract with refund of the purchase price.
If I do not receive a response within 15 days of receiving this letter, I will not hesitate to take legal action to protect my rights.
Yours sincerely,
